Returns & refunds

If you are not happy with your edallhobby.com® product you may return it back to the any of our warehouses for a replacement with other products  with equivalent price. This must be done within 3days of the purchase and the product must be in new condition with original packaging and all included accessories. Our service centers do not accept crash damaged parts or items that have been modified.
*If the original packaging has been opened, we will refund 50% of the products purchase price to cover repacking and Q.C. rechecking costs. We do not refund shipping costs. 
The warranty period for Lithium Based batteries is 30 days unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
BESC and electronic components are tested for correct polarity and voltage use prior to being replaced. We will repair or replace items based on our study of the product once it is returned to one of our warranty centers. edallhobby.com® accepts no responsibility for the improper installation and use of purchased products. Should your product be faulty, please send us a email on admin@edallhobby.com  before sending to us.


Products MUST be returned to us for inspection.
Liability of the product is restricted to the sale price of the product.

For HONG KONG  WAREHOUSE

Shipment time by EMS Express

Hong Kong: Less than 5 working days
Taiwan: Less than 10 working days
Rest of the world: 7-15 working days

Shipment Time by Air Mail

Hong Kong: Less than 3-5 working days
Taiwan: Less than 4-7 working days
Rest of the world: 10-30 working days, depends on your countries.
Shipment may takes up to 90 day due to delay in custom clearances, we will not responsible for the delay in this case. Proof of shipment can be provided if buyer need.

Return Policy

We only sell brand new items (unless specify in the item pages)!

It is a must to contact us before returning the item(s). Return without my approval will not be processed.

All returns must be made with the SAME items in brand new condition within 7 days of arrival.

We reject all USED/ OPENED items for return.

The maximum acceptance date is 14 days upon arrival, with proper authorization; However, returns which exceeds 7 days return policy are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Returns which within 7 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refund through the origional payment method which buyer is used.

Shipping & handling charges cannot be refunded in anyway.

All defective items will be replaced with brand new items. Can't change to any other item, unless the item is no longer available.

Buyer is responsible for the both return and resending shipping charger for all situations, including factory's fault or damage via postal.
